Yesterday I told you about my new studio, and how it's given me so much more space........... and has made me a very happy bunny rabbit. Today, I just want to go on about my newly painted pink walls. I must be fairly conservative when it comes to wall colour choices, because it felt very daring to paint the walls pink. I am so glad I went for the stronger pink, not the pale, more subtle shade. If you like the colour pink, I thoroughly recommend the therapeutic qualities of painting your walls PINK. When I walk into my new work space, the pink hits my retina, and my brain gets happy signals. The light made the pink in this photograph a bit purply tinged, so It's not the exact pink on my walls.

I couldn't resist some photographs of the last surviving flowers from my Valentine's bouquet, set against the pink of the walls, (or the off-pink in this case).

The pink of the back ground in this photo is more true. Now I have pink walls, all my coloured objects have taken on new life, it's thrilling!

Hot tea in a pink mug, in my pink studio........... can a colour change your life?! Certainly, my life seems more colourful....................
i feel the need to paint something pink!! or at least a colour of some sort as my walls are all cream/beige !!!! Lesley x

Oh - how I wish I had a studio to paint pink. The walls in our flat are 'ivory lace' - the 'lace' suggests a little 'ooh, la, la', but alas no - it's still cream. Loving the jug! Have a great weekend. Cat x
