Hello dear readers, it's Wednesday evening, and tonight is my knitting group night, I've left doing my blog till too late, and now I'm rush, rush, rushing!
The solution to this little dilemma is, to do a proper post tomorrow, to make up for the lack of one tonight, and then return to normal on Friday. How's that?
Just before I go, I'll explain those tags in the above photo. They were painted to go on Hen's gifts, because it was my turn to do the penpal swap in January.
These are Hen's gifts, which she's now received. I went for a bright array of coloured paper, to wrap Hen's gifts in this month.
Tomorrow, I shall do some opening of the gifts I gave Hen, I'm sure she won't mind! And then on Friday, I shall show you the special handmade gift I gave Hen, loads of photos for you then.
Loads of colour too.
Well, I must go and get my knitting together. Tonight I'm working on................ a dress I've started knitting. I was thinking of taking the project I'm doing for Nessy at Coats Crafts, which I mentioned a few posts back, but then I realised that some of my fellow knitters at the knitting group, read my blog! And that project is meant to be top secret.
(To find out what I'm up to, those knitters from my knitting group, will have to wrestle Hugo to the ground in the street, because Hugo's the only person who knows what I'm making).
Must dash, love you and leave you, toodle-pip. Love Vanessa xxx
Where do you get your blue and white string from? I have an idea to crochet small baskets with coloured string. I look forward to your bonus post tomorrow, and enjoy your knitting group.

love Mondays post with all those snowdrops - isn't it funny that the older you get the less sure you are about your own ability!! - you have done so many books you can do it standing on your head - honest!

love the labels and love the colours. I know what you mean about rushing. Am looking forward to a half-term snowy holiday but have so many things to do and finish by then my poor head is spinning.....am looking for a pattern for a crocheted shrug. Any suggestions?

adorable happy tags with nice grommets! they make such pretty packages. sometimes, i feel i should wait for the "perfect" time to do a task, but then it doesn't get done for the sake of "perfect" time; so in that case, doing the task in a rush is better than not doing at all. right? right.
best - Annri
