Have you heard about Siku the Polar Bear cub that has been taken into care? His Mum wasn't able to produce enough milk, so he's being fed and cared for by humans. Round the clock care, three carers (wish I was one of those carers), the cutest thing you've ever seen. The link to the film which you may well end up watching more than once is here.

Hi Vanessa!
I have been a follower of your beautiful blog for a little while now, but today as I'm looking at your sold sculptures on etsy my 9 year old daughter is sitting by my side. She says "I know that name, Vanessa Cabban" and runs from the room. She came back proudly displaying one of our favourite books "The Magic Donkey Ride" (which of course I now remember seeing on your sidebar). Our local primary school hosted its first Book Busking event in December outside the book store in our little town in Victoria, Australia and my daughter chose "The Magic Donkey Ride" to book busk with!!
Looking forward to reading your woolly adventures in 2012!!
